The NHS North Of England Commissioning Support Unit is seeking an experienced and clinically skilled Practice Nurse for a GP Practice in Ashington and Newbiggin. The role involves providing a comprehensive range of nursing services, including Chronic Disease Management and core Practice Nursing duties, with an emphasis on evidence-based care and preventative health for the practice population. Candidates should have a minimum of two years post-registration experience and will be offered extensive training, mentorship, and support for personal development.

The Practice Nurse will also be responsible for clinical supervision and mentoring of junior colleagues, working autonomously in specialized areas while collaborating with senior nurses and GPs. This position aims to maximize patient access, enhance practice achievement in various contractual incentives, and contribute to the overall health care delivery within the practice.
