The Band 6 Practice Nurse at Kingsway and Bramingham in Luton, affiliated with East London NHS Foundation Trust, is responsible for providing basic nursing services to the practice population. The nurse will work under the guidance of senior staff to promote patient health, manage long-term conditions, and engage in health prevention and screening. Collaborating with the general practice team, they will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate health and treatment programs while providing leadership as necessary.
