The Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a permanent Clinical Educator for Anaesthetics and Recovery within their Theatre education team. The role involves delivering clinical education, supervising students and apprentices, coordinating with the university for allocations and the recruitment of new starters. The Clinical Educator will create an effective learning environment that promotes high-quality, evidence-based care for children and families, and will be responsible for developing training programs for various levels of nursing and clinical staff. Additionally, the successful candidate will maintain a clinical presence, act as a resource for Theatre care, and ensure education aligns with national key performance indicators for Theatres.
