The Suffolk GP Federation CIC is seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Nurse for their Bladder and Bowel Service in Ipswich. This role involves leading and managing the service to ensure high-quality care for patients with bladder, bowel, and continence issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing patient assessments, planning and implementing care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support in clinic and home settings. Additionally, the Lead Nurse will provide expert guidance to nursing associates and healthcare support staff while promoting patient empowerment and self-management.

Candidates should be Registered Nurses with prior experience in bladder and bowel care, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent communication and IT skills. The position requires the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team while managing a diverse caseload, as well as a full driving license due to travel requirements.
