The role of Community Specialist Practitioner at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is a permanent, Band 6 position within the District Nursing service. The practitioner will be responsible for managing the activities of the District Nursing Team across various localities, ensuring high clinical standards, and overseeing the delegation and supervision of staff.
