Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking a motivated Ward Clerk for the Surgical Assessment Unit (SAU) in Cwmbran. This role serves as the first point of contact for the unit, requiring professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure. The successful candidate will manage clerical duties, including ensuring proper medical records practices, maintaining confidentiality, and updating patient information in real-time. Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays is essential.

The Ward Clerk will be responsible for tracking patient case notes, maintaining accurate demographic details, and coordinating communication between ward managers and team members.
