HCA Healthcare UK is seeking a Staff Nurse for their Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at The Portland Hospital in London. This role involves providing high-quality care in a state-of-the-art, 14-bed PICU, supported by a dedicated team of Consultant Paediatric Intensivists available around the clock. The position entails supervising the day-to-day care of patients, who may require long-term stays, while working within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

The Staff Nurse role is full-time, requiring 37.5 hours per week with flexible shift patterns, including nights and weekends. Competitive salary and benefits are offered, including a £10,000 welcome bonus for new hires, along with a £3,000 annual salary enhancement for those with a PICU qualification. Were looking for a Staff Nurse to join the team on our Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at The Portland Hospital, currently rated Good by the CQC and the UKs only private hospital dedicated to the healthcare needs of women and children. Our modern, 14 bed PICU has been operational since November 2and offers cutting-edge treatment using the latest technology and has the support of a specialised team of Consultant Paediatric Intensivists 24/7, ensuring our team has all the tools they need to deliver truly exceptional care.

As a PICU Staff Nurse youll play a key role in delivering the high-quality care were known for, operating on a strong nurse-to-patient ratio youll supervise the day to day care of your patients, often long stays within our unit.
