THIS POST WILL COMMENCE FROM APRIL 2025
The Information Services Department at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust are looking for a highly motivated information professional to assist in the development and provision of information to support the Trust's business objectives. This role will support the statutory and adhoc reporting workstream within Information Services.

Information Services are key to the operational function and strategic development of organisations. Demands for closer to real time information on staff devices require a service that supports the modern NHS and can compete with ever changing demands. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the delivery of information support and analyses to a variety of departments within the Trust and to external organisations. You will also have team leader and line management responsibilities.
You will have excellent analytical and presentational skills, must possess A-level qualifications or higher, or equivalent experience. You will also be skilled in the use of SQL, Microsoft PowerBI (or other visual intelligence software) and Microsoft Office packages and have a strong commitment to achieving results. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritise a heavy workload to work effectively under pressure in order to meet the increasing timetable of deliverables. As part of a dedicated team there will be the need not only to be a team player but have the ability to work on your own initiative. Applicants will also be expected to show evidence of ongoing professional and managerial development.
