The role of "Systems and Call Centre Supervisor" at NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership in Cardiff involves overseeing the operational management of key performance indicators and quality objectives, while providing strategic information reports to management. The successful candidate will manage the Logistics Scheduling Software system, ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, and supervise the HCS Regional Schedulers and Call Centre staff across Wales.

Candidates are expected to have experience with systems management, an understanding of KPIs and improvement processes, as well as team supervision skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service. Proficiency in Welsh is desirable, but both Welsh and English speakers are encouraged to apply. This position is integral to the Supply Chain, Logistics, and Transport management team, facilitating communication with area teams, stakeholders, and Health Board commissioners.
