The Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a full-time Waiting List Coordinator for the Gynaecology team within the Women's and Children's Directorate. The role involves validating patient data on the hospital administration system to ensure accurate records of waiting times, facilitating timely patient care. Responsibilities include locating missing data, managing 18-week RTT data entries, liaising with medical secretaries and management to address potential breaches, and maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Strong IT, communication, and organisational skills are essential, as well as a proactive and adaptable approach to workload management.
