The role of Senior EPRR Manager at NHS Sussex ICB in Lewes involves overseeing and managing all aspects of Emergency Preparedness, Resilience, and Response (EPRR) within the NHS, with a particular focus on training, exercising, and business continuity program delivery. The successful candidate will support the Deputy Head of EPRR in delivering work streams across the Integrated Care Board and the wider Integrated Care System, ensuring a robust response to incidents while collaborating with multi-agency partners.

Candidates are expected to have a proactive approach, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and relevant experience in EPRR, ideally within the NHS. A master's degree or an equivalent qualification, such as the Diploma in Health EPRR, is required.
