Band 6 anaesthetic practitioner, must be able to multitask, be a great team player, anticipate and adapt to change when needed.
Previous leadership skills, good organisational skills and reliability are essential for this role. Full time post to include 12.5 hour day shifts night duty and weekend shifts.

Paediatric/adult and obstetric anaesthetic experience required. Attending cardiac arrests and emergency airway calls. Organisational, and leadership qualities essential. Communication, passion and commitment to providing safe patient care utilising evidence based knowledge.
About usAssist the anaesthetist. Plan and organise equipment for operating list. Communicate within the MDT. Participate in service improvements and audit. Leadership role when holding the emergency bleep. Main confidentiality and dignity. Understanding of escalation policy.
