The role of Band 6 Senior Theatre Practitioner in Anaesthetics at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust requires a skilled and adaptable individual who can multitask and work effectively within a team. The practitioner will play a key role in coordinating with the multi-disciplinary team (MDT), handling emergency situations such as cardiac arrests and airway management, and ensuring the confidentiality and dignity of patients while understanding the escalation policy.
