The Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 4 Nutrition Assistant to join the Surgical Emergency Team at the John Radcliffe Hospital. This role involves working collaboratively across various healthcare professions within the Surgical Emergency Unit (SEU) and Nutrition and Dietetic teams. Responsibilities include supporting Nurses and Dietitians in identifying malnutrition, implementing nutrition care plans, and managing a designated caseload with clinical supervision. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the team's knowledge of nutrition through training and development activities while ensuring excellent patient care standards.

Candidates should possess a solid educational background, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to patient care. This position offers opportunities for personal and professional growth, through regular supervision and involvement in quality improvement projects aimed at providing high-quality Dietetic services in a dynamic healthcare setting.
