The Substance Misuse Psychosocial Lead at HMP Ranby will oversee the delivery of therapeutic interventions for sentenced prisoners with substance misuse issues, aiming to foster recovery and reduce re-offending. This role involves leading a multi-disciplinary team to provide compassionate, high-quality care from the point of entry into the prison through to re-entry into the community, addressing complex substance misuse and co-occurring mental health challenges. The candidate should possess strong theoretical knowledge and clinical experience in evidence-based psychosocial interventions and demonstrate leadership by maintaining professional standards, overseeing staff development, and collaborating effectively within a team.
