As a Head of Maintenance at a Barchester care home, you'll be responsible for ensuring a clean and well-maintained environment so that residents feel at home and staff can do their jobs effectively. You'll be handling a variety of tasks, from fixing a leaky tap to gardening, and you'll also be supporting the General Manager with annual budget planning and liaising with contractors.
You can expect plenty of variety as a Head of Maintenance with Barchester Healthcare. You'll turn your hand to all sorts of tasks within the care home building as well as in the gardens and grounds.
