The Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a motivated and friendly individual for the position of Ward Clerk at Swaffham Community Hospital. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) requires excellent communication, administrative, and IT skills, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including recording patient admissions, transfers, and discharges using SystmOne, managing correspondence, handling phone and email inquiries, and supporting patients and their families with professionalism and care.
