In this role, you will support the General Manager by leading the sales process and overseeing admissions and discharges, while also managing the Front of House team. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors professionally, ensuring adherence to company policies by the Front of House team, facilitating show rounds, conducting competitor analysis, and aiding in the local marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in administration and sales, along with strong interpersonal and customer relations skills. You should be confident in training and leading a small team of Customer Service Advisors, capable of managing your workload effectively, and aligned with Avery’s values of support, honesty, respect, and accountability. The role requires an ADBS Disclosure check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
