As the Customer Service Manager, your focus will be to support the General Manager by taking the lead on the sales process and coordinating all admissions and discharges with the Home Administrator. You will be responsible for greeting people politely and professionally, ensuring the Front of House team answer the phone in line with company policy, managing the process of show rounds and training staff to the expected standard, undertaking competitor analysis, and supporting the General Manager to implement local marketing strategy.
