We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work as part of the Clozapine Clinic and to work within the Peterborough Adult Locality Team. You will be working as a part of a supportive multidisciplinary team that provides services to people who experience significant mental health challenges.
The applicants must be committed to providing a patient centred service. Essential skills include a good level of accuracy, literacy and communication. We also expect the applicant to be compassionate and caring. The applicant must be a good team player but must also be able to work autonomously and have a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate labelling of samples for testing.

The post holder will, with the appropriate training provide a phlebotomy, ECG and physical healthcare service to patients with in our community Adult Locality Team and within our specialist Clozapine Clinic.
The hours of work will be 9.00 to 5.00 four days a week. You will be required to work Tuesdays and Wednesdays within the Clozapine Clinic.
You will also be working as a part of a supportive multidisciplinary team that provides services to people who experience significant mental health challenges within a community setting, adopting an enabling approach to help people achieve their recovery goals, promote independence and help people to develop or maintain their skills in daily living.
We will provide the necessary support to ensure your development within your role. We are keen to support and develop our staff through a clear career pathway and encourage promotional opportunities within the Trust.
Please note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence* and have use of a vehicle.You cannot usepublic transport for this role as this is not a reliable form of transport and will not allow you to meet service needs.
