The Stoma Care Receptionist/Administrator position at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust involves providing high-quality reception and administrative support within the Stoma Care department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, taking incoming calls, performing identity checks, processing payments, and maintaining patient records. This role requires effective communication with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring a sensitive and compassionate approach to service delivery.
