The role of Health Visitor (Integrated Specialist Public Health Nurse) at Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust in Pocklington involves working within the North team of the West Wolds area, focusing on children aged 0-11 years. The successful candidate will manage a caseload and lead the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, aimed at improving the health and well-being of children, young people, and families within the East Riding of Yorkshire. The position requires a dedicated individual to oversee care packages, participate in safeguarding procedures, and provide day-to-day supervision and leadership within the Public Health Nursing Team.

The Health Visitor will also be responsible for integrating the team into a cohesive service and offering specialist advice in areas such as perinatal and infant mental health. Applicants should possess motivation and initiative to enhance the 0-19 service and are encouraged to consider job share arrangements.
