The Non-Medical Prescriber role at Change Grow Live in Coventry involves being a key member of a multidisciplinary team focused on providing recovery-oriented alcohol and drug intervention services. The selected candidate will be responsible for assessing and prescribing treatments for clients, including adjustments to prescriptions for opiate and alcohol substitutes. Additionally, they will play a crucial role in developing the prescribing clinic and serve as a liaison for prescribing-related queries among staff and partner agencies. The position requires strong partnership skills and experience working with individuals facing multiple or complex needs.
