As a Hospitality Host at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create a stimulating environment for our residents so that we can give them the all-round care and support they deserve. You'll provide a friendly, engaging and helpful service in our dining room and bar areas, enhancing the lives of all our residents.
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing a welcoming and engaging service in the dining room and bar areas of a Barchester care home. You'll interact with residents and their families, ensuring they have a positive experience and feel supported. While no specific qualifications are required, experience in a similar setting would be ideal. You'll need to be over 18 to serve alcohol as part of your duties.

ABOUT YOUYou don't need any particular qualifications to join us as a Hospitality Host, but experience in a similar setting would be ideal. Personable and caring, you'll take a genuine interest in our residents, engaging with them and their families on a regular basis. If that sounds like you, we'll give you every opportunity to develop your skills further with courses that are designed to give you confidence in all aspects of your role. Because you might be serving alcohol, you'll need to be over the age of 18.
