The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Colorectal Cancer Patient Navigator for a fixed-term role based in Exeter, working full-time at 37.5 hours per week. This position is integral to the Surgical Division, providing essential support and communication across the Trust to enhance patient care and outcomes for individuals dealing with colorectal cancer. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team, collaborating closely with Clinical Nurse Specialists and administrative staff, and must possess excellent communication skills, adaptability, and initiative.

The role requires a reliable team player with a desire to contribute positively to patient care within a hospital environment. Applicants should ideally have prior experience in a relevant setting and will be encouraged to pursue further training related to the role. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, and the position may offer development opportunities to support career progression.
