We are looking to recruit to replace Nurse due to retirement. Potential candidate should be friendly, flexible. We are small GP Practice with very supportive clinical and non clinical Team.
Provision of health advice to patients both face-to-face and via the telephone.Have knowledge of and act at all times with in the boundaries of health & safety legislation and the data protection act.Work safely at all times in accordance with Legislative requirements and Practice Policy and Procedures.Report all matters pertaining to patients care changes in condition/circumstances to a relevant member of the nursing or medical team as a matter of priority and ensure that a documented record is kept.Ensure that infection control procedures are followed in accordance with local guidelines.
About usThe implementation of Health Promotion and disease management strategies (in line with the National Service Frameworks) and provision of a full range of nursing services to the patients of the practice .Chronic Disease Management as required by the practice.Accountable to Clinical Partners , Managerial to Practice Manager .
The completion of health checks, health screening, immunisation and vaccination programmes.To provide a service to patients with injuries or conditions requiring a dressing.
Have an understanding of equal opportunities policy.

To function as an integral part of a developing team and to work as a positive and active member within the Practice Team.
