Ranworth PCN is seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join their team at Caradoc Surgery in Frinton-on-Sea for a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week. The role involves supporting the practice nursing team in delivering a wide range of nursing services to the patient population, assisting clinical staff with treatment, preventive care, health promotion, and patient education. Key responsibilities include conducting health checks, baseline observations, diabetic checks, wound care, and ECGs, as well as facilitating blood pressure monitoring and supporting minor operations.

The successful candidate will also ensure that clinical rooms are well-stocked and maintained, complete home visits as needed, and, once trained, undertake tasks such as venepuncture and administering vaccinations under supervision.
