Northampton General Hospital is seeking a dynamic Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) or a Registered Nurse with a qualification in Anaesthetics for the role of Anaesthetic/Recovery/Scrub Nurse within their Gynaecology and Obstetrics Theatre Team in Northampton. Candidates must possess full HCPC ODP Registration or NMC Nurse Registration, as completion of the OSCE is not permitted for this position. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong clinical experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to lead by example, working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary team members to provide high-quality patient care. Experience in Scrub or Recovery is a plus, and candidates will have opportunities to rotate across various specialized theatres after meeting required competencies.
