We are delighted to offer a position to join our Lymphoedema Team as a Patient Pathway Support Administrator. This role will be based at Florence Nightingale Community Hospital in our Derby Lymphoedema outpatient clinic.
The role will involve greeting patients, carers, and relatives on reception, booking patient appointments, preparing casenotes for clinic appointments, and other clerical duties to ensure the service runs effectively and efficiently.
