The North Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Care Partnership, hosted by North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust, is made up of partners working together to provide wellbeing, social and health care services for the population we serve, this includes Healthwatch, Voluntary & Community organisations, District and County Councils, NHS Providers and other partners across primary, secondary and community care.
Place-based partnerships understand and work with communities, join up and co-ordinate services around people's needs, address social and economic factors thatinfluence health and wellbeing and support quality and sustainability of local services. Each 'place'will deliver much of this through integrated neighbourhood / locality teams and will focus on the co-ordination, planning and delivery of integrated services and personalised care within the place area.
The Admin Support Officer will provide comprehensive support to the North Care Partnership, using their exceptional organisational skills to provide comprehensive, accurate and responsive project and administrative support to the North Care Partnership Team. This includes: handling confidential and sensitive information, using computerised information systems, word-processing, taking minutes at various meetings, developing and maintaining electronic filing systems, and producing reports.
