The University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking a confident and well-presented individual to join their phlebotomy team as a Phlebotomist. This role involves collecting quality blood samples from patients, an essential part of medical investigations. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. The successful candidate will primarily work at County Hospital but will also be required to assist at community clinics and occasionally at Royal Stoke Hospital. Attention to detail, good communication skills, and basic keyboard skills are important for success in this fast-paced patient environment.

Two work patterns are available: one offering 25.5 hours per week (3 x 8.5-hour shifts) and the other providing 22 hours per week (2 x 8.5-hour shifts and 1 x 5-hour shift), with varied schedules predominantly starting at 7:30 am. This role is part of a collaborative effort among NHS Trusts to form a regional pathology network.
