The Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust is seeking a Senior Community Mental Health Practitioner (Band 6) for the Adult Community Mental Health Team in Great Yarmouth. Ideal candidates should be currently in a Band 5/6 position with at least 24 months post-registration experience. The role involves planning and providing patient care, managing a caseload, conducting assessments, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.
