The Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust is seeking a motivated and cheerful Appointment Administrator to join their Outpatient Booking Services team in Truro. The role involves managing outpatient appointments in a busy call centre environment, where the administrator will handle both new and follow-up referrals while ensuring timely and accurate processing in compliance with national guidelines. Candidates should have a good educational background, experience with the NHS, and familiarity with relevant systems such as the Outpatient Module of the Patient Administration System and Microsoft Word.

The Appointment Administrator must possess strong organisational and multitasking abilities, maintain patient confidentiality, and exhibit a calm and diplomatic demeanor in a fast-paced environment. They will also provide administrative support to the Outpatient Booking Services Team, ensuring data accuracy and quality service delivery for all patients.
