The Community Nurse position with Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear (CNTW) NHS Foundation Trust is a 12-month fixed-term role aimed at supporting the clinical team within the Northumberland Recovery Partnership (NRP) during a maternity leave. This band 5 role involves working with clients who have complex addiction issues, including care and treatment planning, client assessments, and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members. The successful candidate will manage a caseload and contribute to strengthening relationships both within the NRP and with external services.

Candidates will have the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and skills specific to addiction treatment, play a vital role in planning drug/alcohol treatment programs, and ensure comprehensive support for clients. Applications are welcome with a closing date of November 19, 2024.
