The Senior Workforce Systems Analyst position at Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust involves supporting the Workforce Analytics Team by providing essential information and analytics to meet the Trust's business needs. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer service focus. The successful candidate will assess data integrity from multiple sources, manage the Workforce Systems Analysts, and occasionally deputize for the Workforce Analytical & Systems Manager. The position is predominantly remote, with a base at St Mary's Hospital and occasional onsite requirements.

Key responsibilities include producing and presenting workforce information to aid in reporting and planning, effectively managing time and priorities, and adapting to project work while supporting ongoing tasks.
