Chelmer Medical Partnership have an exciting opportunity for a permanent reception administrator to work in their Humber Road practice on a part-time basis.
The shift patterns are Monday to Friday:
- 8.00am - 1.30pm
- 1.30pm - 6.30pm
- 8.00am - 6.30pm
General practice is a challenging environment that requires a calm and caring approach with the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated team player who has customer service/patient experience, offers excellent communication skills.
- Answering calls, amending and making appointments.
- Ensuring that appointment bookings are well-managed, a safe high-quality service is delivered to our patients.
- Patient queries are answered in a timely manner.
- Administration work is completed to a high standard.
