FAMILY MENTAL HEALTH NHS OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
The Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Director of Children & Young People’s Services in Woolwich, responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the Children and Young People's Directorate. This role encompasses the oversight of a £46 million budget and a workforce of around 700 staff, ensuring the effective delivery of mental health, physical health, and public health services to children and young people across the boroughs of Greenwich, Bexley, and Bromley. The successful candidate will be a compassionate leader, committed to the Trust's values and passionate about fostering a diverse and inclusive environment, working collaboratively with external partners in education, health, and social care to improve outcomes for children and families.

Key responsibilities include leading the Directorate Management Team, achieving performance and financial targets, and developing integrated care pathways in coordination with various stakeholders.
