The Cambridge University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Deputy Operations Manager for Acute Services who will be instrumental in enhancing Urgent and Emergency Care operations. The ideal candidate will have substantial managerial experience in an acute teaching hospital, a strong track record of meeting service delivery targets, and the skill to manage complex business needs. This role involves leading service development, coordinating service improvements, and ensuring that operational objectives are met within budget. The postholder will also engage in strategic planning, foster cross-departmental collaboration, and implement clinical governance and risk management.
