The Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Healthcare Support Workers at Ellis Ward, the only male acute ward within the Trust, which caters to adults aged 18-65 experiencing acute mental health challenges. This role involves working closely with a multi-disciplinary team under the supervision of registered nurses to deliver high-quality patient care by participating in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment. Candidates should possess a "can do" attitude and be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Successful applicants will engage with patients to promote independence and daily living skills, facilitate recreational activities, and ensure the safety and dignity of all individuals in their care. Responsibilities also include maintaining cleanliness in the unit, participating in training and supervision sessions, and reporting incidents as per Trust policies.
