Manage administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and updating patient records. Provide care navigation, helping patients understand services available to them and coordinating their care. Assist with the management of clinic correspondence, emails, and general inquiries. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and maintain a high standard of service. About us As the face of Cranbrook Medical Practice, the Receptionist/Administrator will greet and assist patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient service. The ideal candidate will be friendly, presentable, and a strong team player, contributing to the smooth running of the practice. Key Responsibilities: Identify patients' issues and direct them to the appropriate clinician (e.g., triage GP, Nurse, PCN roles).
