The role of Community Nurse within the Banstead Primary Care Network at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust involves providing essential healthcare services to local communities. As a Band 6 Nurse, you will be responsible for the ongoing management of patients, assessing care needs, developing and implementing care programs, supervising staff, and facilitating educational training. The position requires a current valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes, with opportunities for professional development through the NHS’s Learning & Development Department.
