Senior Community Mental Health Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse to join Easington North Community Intervention Team. The applicant will provide evidenced based care and treatment within a recovery framework for adults with Mental Health conditions. This position is open to both nurses and social workers.
You will need to be enthusiastic and highly motivated with experience in assessments and delivery of care for patients in a community setting. You will have access to full Preceptorship and clinical supervision within the team and will work closely with other professionals in the multi-disciplinary team.
There are varied opportunities for training and development, and peer support and supervision systems are in place.
18 months post qualifying experience including sign off of appropriate preceptorship or competency framework is essential.
