Job description
We are a friendly, efficient, high achieving and forward-thinking training practice and an opportunity has arisen for us to appoint a chronic disease practice nurse to work alongside our clinical team.This post is a part-time post 25-30 hours (days and times negotiable).The post is based in the leafy town of Stevenage, with free parking facilities and local shops in walkable distance.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed member to join our team offering high quality and patient centred care. We are a GMS Practice and have a list size of 13,500 patients and we work over two sites (within 2 miles of each other). The candidatewill beworking across both sites - Bedwell Medical Centre & Roebuck Surgery.The clinical system we use is SystmOne.
The successful candidate will work as an influential and integral member of our team. The postholder will be working in a friendly, dynamic, and supportive environment. he post holder will provide patient care via patient facing clinics. The post will be an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of duties and enjoys dedicated patient care.
