To ensure success, I J Healthcare is looking for a confident and professional finance officer who is flexible and able to work between our 2 sites, you will play a critical role in managing the financial operations of our organisation, you will be highly analytical and systematic and love numbers and planning. you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills that will contribute to the efficient day to day financial running of the business. you will work comfortably under pressure whilst multi-tasking and will need to have excellent organisational skills.
you will be responsible for:
- Payroll/pensions
- Preparing cheques for utility, tax, and other company bills
- Using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems to keep, maintain and balance financial records
- Preparing and submitting pension forms, tax returns, and employees compensation forms
- Performing client bookkeeping services
- Preparing other accounting, statistical, and financial reports
- Reconciling financial accounts
