The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Maternity Support Worker to join their community midwifery team in Reading. This role involves providing postnatal care to women and their families in their homes, as well as assisting community midwives with antenatal care. Candidates should have experience in healthcare at a band 2 level or above, a Care Certificate or equivalent, and must possess a full driver's license due to the on-call nature of the role.
