The University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time Band 2 Administrator/Clinic Coordinator for the Birmingham Chest Clinic. The role requires a hardworking and approachable individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to provide administrative support in scheduling patient appointments and addressing capacity shortfalls. The position involves working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver efficient and patient-focused clerical services while handling telephone queries professionally.

The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and should demonstrate the ability to thrive in a busy environment with strong keyboard skills and a high level of accuracy.
