The Learning and Development Facilitator at Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Exeter will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs as part of the NIHR Regional Research Delivery Network (RRDN) Workforce Development function. This role also involves providing guidance on research-related training and supporting regional facilitators to enhance their effectiveness. The successful candidate will work closely with the Workforce and People Senior Manager to assess regional workforce needs and design tailored solutions, requiring an in-depth understanding of research processes and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with health and social care colleagues throughout the South West Peninsula, while also engaging with a national network. The post-holder will be part of a supportive team dedicated to improving patient health and well-being. The role involves regular travel across local and regional offices, working 37.5 hours per week, with flexible working options and opportunities for professional development to promote a healthy work-life balance.
