Omnes Healthcare Limited is looking for an enthusiastic part-time Receptionist / Patient Healthcare Navigator for their GP surgery in Boston, offering a salary of £9,518.08 FTE for 16 hours per week. This role involves providing high-quality administrative support, managing inbound and outbound patient calls, and creating a friendly and supportive environment for patients and visitors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • First point of contact for patients
  • Supporting clinical and management teams to deliver NHS Primary Medical Services
  • Maintaining high confidentiality and sensitivity in all interactions

Requirements:

  • Experience in clerical and administrative roles and client/customer service
  • Strong analytical and clear thinking skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills, with a balance of sensitivity and assertiveness
