Working Full Time: 37.5 Hours
You will contribute and commit to promoting a positive team based attitude, striving for the highest standards of care and achieving excellence, through continued development and compassion. You will be working as a part of our bespoke team, under the direction/supervision of nursing/medical staff and alongside family members, to provide agreed clinical interventions and planned, individualised care for children and young people with complex health needs within the home, school/day centre or hospital environment.
The service provides care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; in a combination of evening shifts, night shifts and day shifts and covers weekends and Bank Holidays creating an environment which allows our team to maximise their ability and ensuring that the care delivered is appropriate for the needs of the children, young people and the families we support.

Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. The cost of the DBS application is £27.50(standard) or £55.50(enhanced), this cost will be deducted from your salary over the first three months of employment.
You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. A small annual fee of £16per year applies.
New entrants to the NHS will commence on the minimum of the scale stated above.
