The Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Primary Care Senior Staff Nurses to join their Health & Justice team at HMP Send in Woking. The role involves delivering expert primary healthcare services to patients in a secure environment, ensuring high standards of care and promoting health and well-being. Key responsibilities include conducting physical health assessments, running clinics, providing treatment, and facilitating integrated care with other healthcare professionals. Additionally, the nurse will participate in staff training, clinical governance, and contribute to service development, all while working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.

Candidates should possess strong clinical skills, the ability to manage complex patient needs, and a commitment to safeguarding vulnerable individuals. The position requires flexible working hours, including weekends, and emphasises the importance of maintaining confidentiality and professionalism, especially when communicating sensitive information. The successful applicant will also take part in audits and research to improve service provision, ensuring adherence to the policies and procedures of the Trust.
