We are excited to advertise a 0.5WTE band 7 Systemic Family Therapy post to join our developing family therapy team of a band 8a and another band 7 Systemic Family Therapist.
You will be joining a dynamic, busy, and successful service and multi-disciplinary Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders Community Service. We are a well-resourced, reflective and supportive team and able to meet and surpass local and national clinical targets, whilst still ensuring we keep young people and families at the heart of what we do. The Service is CARE Excellence Accredited.
This post is for 2.5 days per week; our core hours of operation are 9-5 Mon-Fri although we are committed to providing flexible working patters to enable good work life balance. Our base is in Epsom and we also offer a weekly clinic in Aldershot.
We offer multi-professional assessments and treatments for children and young people with eating disorders.
The post holder will have a systemic case load which they will also care coordinate. There are opportunities for reflective team work as well as systemic consultations within the team and to families.
The post holder will participate in service-related activity including research, service evaluation and audit activities in addition to the supervision of other grades of staff as required.
You will have the opportunity to lead on projects in line with service needs and to fully develop your clinical skills.
Excellent and robust clinical and managerial supervision is in place as well as a monthly team reflective practice space
