Band 6: £44,806 to £53,134 a year per annum, inclusive of HCAS  PERMANENT  GOOD SALARY

As a key member of our team, you will provide nursing care to children in the community, addressing a wide range of conditions. You will train and support families to manage their children's health needs, ensuring they feel confident and capable. Additionally, you will deputise for Team Leads when necessary, and play a crucial role in supporting and mentoring student nurses.

You will work within the Children's Community Nursing Team, visiting children in the community to reduce hospital admissions and attendances. Your role will involve providing comprehensive nursing care and support, engaging in continuous learning and development, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
